If our clients are affected as creditors by the crisis situation of a business partner, we ensure the preservation and enforcement of any outstanding claims and guarantee the exclusion of recovery claims by the insolvency administration.

A special focus of our work is the support of board members and the protection of their personal sphere of interest in the event of liability claims, as well as the preparation of expert opinions on insolvency law issues.
