Janina Schütz

Janina Schütz is an attorney at SPITZWEG Partnerschaft mbB.

After her admission, Ms. Schütz initially worked for an international commercial law firm and has been advising clients at SPITZWEG since fall 2022, primarily in corporate and commercial law as well as at the interface with insolvency law. She advises companies, entrepreneurs and non-profit organizations in restructurings and transactions as well as in ongoing corporate law matters. Furthermore, Ms. Schütz advises entrepreneurs in crisis as well as insolvency creditors in the enforcement of their claims.

Ms. Schütz is active in her areas of practice in both an advisory and litigation capacity.
